I have engineered central data warehouses for telco giants (Orange, Polkomtel), architected scalable cloud pipelines alongside top-tier marketing strategists at Publicis, and advised at the European level within Horizon 2020. I have led technical teams through the most rigorous operational stress tests. The methodologies developed during these years now run inside hundreds of corporate environments, including contributing to the growth of a global unicorn.

I operate on the principle of absolute ownership—I own algorithms, proprietary data pipelines, and the ventures I build. I allocate time and capital ruthlessly. I shut down an African fintech startup the moment its unit economics failed. Capital is finite; survival requires terminating inefficient projects daily. No architecture, code, or business model is immune to being rewritten if it stops performing.
